Why do you think some people wear a piece of jewelry for a long time?
Aya (High School Student)
I think people wear jewelry for a long time because it’s special to them, like a gift from someone important. Maybe it’s something they feel close to or reminds them of good memories.
Minho (University Student)
People probably keep wearing jewelry if it has sentimental value. Maybe it was a gift from family or a close friend, so it has meaning. Also, if they really like the design, they might keep wearing it.
Linh (Office Worker)
I think people wear jewelry for years if it has personal significance, like an anniversary gift or a family heirloom. It becomes part of them and represents something important in their lives.
Mr. Wong (Retired English Teacher)
People often wear certain pieces of jewelry over long periods because they hold sentimental value or personal history. Jewelry can serve as a constant reminder of loved ones or special events in life.
Do you usually buy jewelry?
Aya (High School Student)
Not really, since I’m still a student. Sometimes I buy simple things, like bracelets, but mostly as small gifts for friends or for special occasions.
Minho (University Student)
No, I don’t buy jewelry often. If I do, it’s usually something small or as a gift for someone, like a friend or family member on a special occasion.
Linh (Office Worker)
Yes, I buy jewelry occasionally, mostly for myself or as gifts for others. I look for classic pieces that can be worn daily or something that suits my work style.
Mr. Wong (Retired English Teacher)
No, I rarely buy jewelry anymore. I have a few meaningful pieces that I keep, and I don’t feel the need to add more. However, I appreciate well-crafted jewelry and sometimes buy it as a gift.
What type of jewelry do you like?
Aya (High School Student)
I like simple and cute jewelry, like small bracelets or rings. I don’t wear much, but I think it looks nice when it’s not too flashy.
Minho (University Student)
I prefer simple, minimalistic designs, maybe a plain bracelet or a watch. I’m not into flashy jewelry, but I like pieces that look stylish and subtle.
Linh (Office Worker)
I like elegant and timeless pieces, like gold or silver bracelets and earrings. I prefer jewelry that looks professional yet stylish, something I can wear daily or to the office.
Mr. Wong (Retired English Teacher)
I prefer traditional, modest pieces. A simple watch or ring is my style. I appreciate pieces that are meaningful rather than overly decorative.
Do you often wear jewelry?
Aya (High School Student)
No, I don’t wear jewelry often. Sometimes I’ll wear a bracelet or a small ring, but that’s all. It’s nice, but I don’t feel like I need it every day.
Minho (University Student)
Not really. I wear a watch most days, but I don’t wear much other jewelry. I like to keep things simple, so I don’t feel the need for a lot of accessories.
Linh (Office Worker)
Yes, I wear a few pieces regularly, like earrings and a bracelet. I enjoy wearing jewelry, especially simple designs that add a bit of style to my outfit without being too much.
Mr. Wong (Retired English Teacher)
I don’t wear much jewelry. Just a watch, mainly. I believe in keeping things simple, so I only wear items that feel necessary or meaningful to me.
